We needed to sell a complex property with a 3 acre garden and indoor heated swimming pool and out-buildings so as to move to a smaller property, a classic down-sizing. We needed to sell a complex property with a 3 acre garden and indoor heated swimming pool and out-buildings so as to move to a smaller property, a classic down-sizing. Gascogne Pees found the ideal house for us to move to, and managed the sale of our family house. The market has been difficult this summer, but GP managed the whole transaction impeccably.

All the staff, Nick, Mel and William in particular were very helpful, kept us informed throughout the whole process and were fantastic to deal with. We have recently exchanged on our house with Carson & Co.
All the staff, Nick, Mel and William in particular were very helpful, kept us informed throughout the whole process and were fantastic to deal with. Must be noted that our house sold with Carson & Co where other agents failed in arguably a tougher market.
Highly recommended and would use again in a heartbeat.

After marketing our property with other local agents for 2 years with no success we decided to re market with Gascoigne Pees. They were very selective with veiwings meaning we only got people who were genuinely interested in our type of property looking round -no time wasters!!. After 2 months... Read Full Review

After marketing our property with other local agents for 2 years with no success we decided to re market with Gascoigne Pees. They were very selective with veiwings meaning we only got people who were genuinely interested in our type of property looking round -no time wasters!!. After 2 months with Gascoinge Pees we were offered the full asking price and subsequently sold our property very quickly. We were kept fully informed through all the different processes and out of all the local agents I would highly recommend Gascoigne Pees. T
