This feedback relates specifically to Matthew Voller who, from the minute he took on my case, provided an excellent service. Matthew, unlike most other estate agents I have had dealings with always came directly to the telephone, if he were able to, whenever I called or would always call me back at the first possible opportunity. Matthew also responded to emails promptly and as well as being courteous at all times Matthew is also a problem-solver. My case was less than straight forward which relied heavily on my agent (Matthew) being tenacious and pro-active. Without Matthew's involvement the sale would definitely have fallen through. He kept everything on track and kept both the seller an myself constantly informed.

Recently we sold our flat with Haart Crystal Palace and couldn't fault their service. After the team's change in the agency at the end of last year, we were lucky to have Melanie and Matt dealing with our flat's sale. The whole process from first viewing to completion date was quite stressful for many complex reasons. Matt was very understanding and as a branch manager took care of the sale to get through as smooth as possible in a very professional manner. Thank you!

He lost my keys. He gave a wooly valuation. He reduced the asking price without my instructions. He left without me being told. New manage claims to have had all of 3 weeks local experience. I fired them but had to wait 16 days before I could get another... Read Full Review

Rest assured, I'm not the type to leave positive reviews simply for the sake of it.
However, after dealing with multiple estate agents for 6 months, Anais was a breath of fresh air. She did not attempt to sell me properties using meaningless catch phrases, as other estate agents have done (one such estate agent used 'this is a feature' whilst describing a wall which had yet to be plastered).
I found Anais to be professional, approachable, reliable and she was genuinely interested in matching up my requirements with the available properties on the market at the time. Sadly, the property I am purchasing was not through Haart although this was very much despite Anais' best efforts.
Overall, a very positive experience with Haart and I'll be recommending them to friends, family, colleagues in future, providing Anais' contact details when doing so.

For the time and effort that the team has put in marketing our home for sale, arranging and attending the multiple viewings and all the follow up through the negotiations with the buyer and queries etc leading up to exchange of contracts, I consider the fees to be more than fair.

If he does not understand how tenants go through finance checks before accepting them, then he has to go through letting agency training once again to fully understand tenants who are trying to liaise and explain our side. For all I know his salary doesn't even reach close to how much I earn if I get back to work from maternity leave. So please RESPECT the tenants when you talk to them.
