It is one of the worst agencies I have ever had to deal with.

The lack of their communication and provision of information is just unacceptable.

I was looking for a property and when they did a viewing with me they wouldn't leave me for a second on my own so I wouldn't notice an unbearable noise in the property. They then failed to negotiate the terms with the landlord and once I decided to sign the contract (only because I was in the rush and had such circumstances) they took about £600 from me of admin fees. I have never wasted so much money in my life.

They even didn't do anything. Once they received my money they just told me to deal with the landlord directly because they didn't want to take care of any issues. So I don't understand why they charge admin fees if they don't do anything.

My landlord was really useless so I had to sort out all of the issues myself. And the issue with the noise I couldn't fix since she didn't want to spend any money on repairs so I had to move out.

They way how agency handled the whole situation is just shocking. For them the only client is the landlord regardless me paying £600. So I had to chase the landlord to book check out clerk and deal with all the closing issues.

If you can avoid them, please do.

They lie to people about properties, charge enormous amount of money and in the end don't do anything else.

Excellent service from Joshua Wilson who arranged 4 viewings in one hour. Joshua understood our needs and was very responsive. Charmaine Richards, the administrative support manager, responsible for issuing the lease agreement was also very professional and efficient. I also understand that their manager personally handle my case when Joshua was on holiday. I highly recommend !

I was fortunate to have met Harry, Rori & Fergus from the KFH Belsize Park Branch. They showed me around many potential flats; however when I saw the "one" in Camden I instantly knew that I could see myself making that my home.
Remembering back it was extremely stressful and there were a few setbacks experienced at the time.
But Fergus did help and support me through every step of the way by keeping me fully informed and by staying in contact.
You have to understand that at the time clients are anxious, having to patiently wait for the decision to say everything is finalised and you can finally move in to your new home.
So clients can become very persistent and telephone several times a day for updates. Fergus always answered my calls and if he wasn't available he would always get back to me ASAP.
Fergus is an asset to KFH as he went beyond his duty to help and support me every step of the way.
He made sure everything went smoothly and I was happy with the outcome.
I honestly believe I was only able to make this my home because of Fergus help and support.
Through experience I can say at KFH every client does matter regardless of status and this certainly shows from the onset as everyone is treated equally.
I do hope everyone is as lucky as me in having had the pleasure of doing business with KFH.
I further wish potential clients luck in moving home. As honestly it's the most stressful thing to have to go through in ones life.
Although at the end when you put your feet up and take in your new surroundings you definitely think to yourself - what a wonderful world - yes it was all worth it.

Really, really bad. So bad that I want to give them no stars. Pre-tenancy, when we were discussing a query I had about the rather unorthodox tenancy agreement the agent didn't even entertain my question but told me that he had lawyers in his family and therefore he was right. I actually trained, and practised, as a lawyer. This was typical of the entire process of renting through him - being treated like an imbecile by someone who couldn't even spell.

Towards the end of the tenancy the same agent was relaying messages between me and the landlord about renewal, not realising we were speaking directly and so could see he was playing a game of Chinese whispers. It was all so unprofessional, so sneaky and so patronising. In the end KFH lost both tenant and landlord.

I don't know why agents think they have a right to behave in this way - all have a pretty poor reputation but KFH (and that agent in particular) definitely the worst I have come across.

We worked with Fergus and Harry to view and contract for a long-term let in Primrose Hill/Chalk Farm. They were very knowledgeable, responsive, pleasant and professional and we were able to secure a great place in a short period of time as we were under time pressure. They had very good follow through and continued to be helpful even after we moved in and provided great resources and practical tips. They explained the letting process clearly and were dependable in meeting their commitments so we could keep the process moving, which involved an international transfer. We are very happy with the flat.

We strongly recommend working with this office of KFH.

We had an excellent experience working with Harry. This was our first attempt to find a property in London, and Harry was an enormous help to navigate the process. We must have had a million questions and concerns, and he was sure to address each one with thoroughly and quickly. We had tried finding some properties with other agencies, but KFH was easily the most attentive, helpful, and accommodating. We would recommend them to anyone without hesitation!

The service at Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward on Englands Lane and especially from Kasim Genc has been excellent.
Kasim was very efficient as he organised 3 viewings on the same evening, so I could make the best use of time. He was also very flexible and agreed to meet fairly late in the day. The properties he showed me were all nice and in line with what I was looking for. During the discussion phase with the landlord, Kasim was very diligent and the agreement was made quickly. Everything that was agreed was delivered. Kasim was also very helpful in helping me navigate the administrative process. Overall an excellent experience with a very professional agent.
