Very knowledgeable, helpful and understanding my full requirements ( and believe me I can be a real pain at times ) rook a while to sale but that was purely down to housing market , cannot recommend this company enough.

I would just like to thank your agent, Phil Petela, who recently sold my Dad's house.
I really appreciated his fresh approach to selling property giving us an insight into who would be buying the house that had been our family home for almost 60 years.
It wasn't the smoothest of sales, with our buyer loosing their buyer and what should have been completed in April eventually completed in August.
Phil kept us informed throughout, even when we were getting a bit exasperated with delay after delay, Phil followed everything through to the end.
We couldn't thank him enough

Not living near the property, he went above and beyond, for which we are very grateful.
He had our property on the market and sold within a week getting the best price, above the asking price.
He listens and gives very good advice. He has taken a lot of stress out of a very challenging 5 months for us.
