Booked a viewing with the Elmers end branch and was not contacted by the office to say the viewing was cancelled until i was outside the property after driving from across london to view. If this is how they deal with clients then I feel seriously sorry for the vendors that choose this joke agent. ... Read Full Review

I am very happy with service provided by Marie (Open House).. I have advertising my rooms since last 4-5 months, however when Marie contacted me few weeks back and take the my instruction to market my room, I could find tenant within 2 weeks... all check have been done so quickly... excellent...
