I had to find an agent to sell a wee one bed house on behalf of my late Uncle. I have never had anything to do with house purchases or sales in the past so I needed to find someone that could baby me through the process.
I chose Pacitti Jones in Stirling. Within a few days the house was live with beautiful photos and an excellent write up.
The staff were all fantastic and kept me up to date on a daily basis. They worled hard and within just 2 weeks or so they had gathered 5 or 6 offers above the HR value.
When I had a question no matter how stupid they answered me with kindness and professionalism.
As far as I am concerned they really worked hard to earn their fee and I would not hesitate to rexommend Pacitti Jones, Stirling to ANYONE buying or selling a house.
From the outset I felt they were in my corner and they did the best that they could to ensure a speedy hassle free sale. Thank you ALL of you.
