If you want to rent your property or rent a property and get it off the market fast go elsewhere.
If I could put zero stars I would. I viewed a property at 17B Townhead Strathaven on Saturday with Gillian who was lovely and we spoke about putting an offer forward to the landlord and we were advised to send an email. I sent an email on Saturday advising my interest. I then called Monday afternoon as I hadn’t heard anything back to acknowledge my email and with the rental market moving quickly I wanted to make sure everything was going smoothly. However I spoke to Erin Duke who is passing messages from the estate agents to me as they aren’t willing to speaking to me themselves. Erin had advised my offer I had put through wasn’t accepted and when I questioned this Erin advised they hadn’t bothered putting it through to the landlord as they know he will say no. So without knowing why or any negotiations they put it to the back burner and weren’t even going to contact me. I then requested for someone to call me back before 17:30 that day and this was agreed. It came to 17:15 and I had no call. I then asked to speak to a manager and got out through to Aiden Jack who was so smug on a phone regarding this situation trying to justify the situation but then say sorry as it should of been but through?. He advised he will put my offer through to the landlord and he advised the landlord responses back very quick and also advised me the rental market is moving fast which is why I having been calling. We are now on Wednesday afternoon and still nothing. I followed up my request to Erin Duke to then be asked questions who was calling etc what I wanted to speak to Aiden for to be out on hold for a few minutes then to be told he wasn’t in the office. It’s so unprofessional and clear as day he was just trying to avoid me. I emailed over Gillian who I saw on Saturday as Aiden (couldn’t be bothered replying) as I needed an update so I know what the situation is, to then be told off Aiden very quickly may I add via email there’s no need for me continually contact them. I withdrew my offer and will not be viewing any properties with this company again. I do hope the landlord of the property see this review and future landlords as I was willing to rent this property and due to the lack of communication, being very unprofessional and friendliness off Aiden himself. As a company they need to release this is people’s life’s and they should treat people with respect and update regardless if they have answers or not

We have had an excellent experience selling via the Property Store in East Kilbride. The professionalism, customer service and pride in work shown by June and Euan is second to none. We live 4 hours away from the property so we needed a company who could give us extra help and support throughout the sales process, this meant we did not have to go back to EK to resolve issues ourselves. Very friendly and helpful team and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Any dealings with the staff in the village has been professional and courteous.

This summer (2018) I changed from Countrywide to The Property Store, East Kilbride. What a difference!!
As a landlady residing outside the UK I have received absolute outstanding support from the entire staff but mostly, my personal agent Heather Fraser. Her communications are timely, highly professional and her understanding not only through the transition period, but up until now on all related issues is absolutely great! I receive now up-to-date information on issues related to the property, on tenants' requests and the viewings of the property are carried out carefully followed by prompt updates. Heather Fraser really goes the extra mile!
I am very pleased with the entire service and hugely relieved that my property is in excellent professional hands. A BIG thank you to the entire staff at The Property Store in East Kilbride.

We had been letting out our property through Slater Hogg as they are a big company and we thought that they would be a good bet to go with, however, we were disappointed with them so decided to use the property store following a recommendation from a friend. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! The Property Store have been everything that we hoped we would have when letting out our property. They have kept us updated with how many viewings we have had, sent us information on the different people that wanted to rent the property and have just given us a much better experience overall. They are easy to deal with and really can't do enough for us. Rachel and Yvonne have been superb and I would 100% recommend them!

Wouldn't wish the experience we had with them on anyone. Moved in to find the bathroom had been damaged since our viewing... they didn't fix the damage until 10 months later. Had nothing but issues, broken boilers leaving us without heating for 2 weeks in the winter, an oven that kept sparking and eventually exploded, windows that were falling off the hinges and cheeky incompetent staff. Sent them a detailed report of the poor state of the property when we moved in which they ignored. When we moved out they tried to claim we caused the damage and denied receiving our complaint! Scammers, luckily we managed to prove this to secure deposit Scotland and didn't have to pay for their mistakes.
