We were really happy with the support we received while selling our home. After many phone calls and no return calls, arranged to view a property in Amble that had just gone on the market. Drove to Amble (took 2.5 hours) puilled up outside the property 5 minutes before the appointemnt time to find a SOLD board up. Called the Amble office to see what was going on and... Read Full Review

Called the Amble office to see what was going on and was told I should have had a call last night to say it had gone under offer and cancelling the appountment. There was no call nor a missed call from them.

A 5 hour wasted round trip... and sorry doesn't cut it. They don't give a stuff as everything is shifting, at the moment.

They ignore correspondence, don't notice when rent is late or in arrears, palm off quotes for work that are not itemised and are clearly inflated and tell outgoing tenants that the house is in a great state despite them having... As a landlord, I am really struggling with this letting agent. They ignore correspondence, don't notice when rent is late or in arrears, palm off quotes for work that are not itemised and are clearly inflated and tell outgoing tenants that the house is in a great state despite them having blatantly disregarded several things on the contract. I genuinely feel like they are happy to take money when the tenants are fine, but the moment there is a sign of trouble, they won't do any of their job without an inordinate amount of chasing. Really disappointed and will definitely not use again.
