Having used RMS as letting agent for 5 years with my 4 properties they have never failed to find a tenant in a timely manner. I have had no problem with any of the tenants , and Natalie Adele and Jen have have always kept me up to date with progress . Their professional pleasant and curious attitude to the job makes takes the hassle out of being a landlord . I would certainly recommend the Heaton branch

We have relocated from the midlands to Newcastle, purchasing a property through the RMS Heaton Branch. From initial offer through to completion we were thoughly impressed by the proactive management and attention to customer service demonstrated by Natalie. When difficulties were encountered in the sales chain, nearly resulting in the collapse of the chain, it was salvaged by the timely proactive direct action and management by Natalie - without we would not now be enjoying our new home and the delights of Newcastle.
