Our experience with RSK has been shocking. The landlord is blaming the agent for the lack of information but today the agent blamed the landlord. RSK has also given the landlord differing information to the information we have received. I have dealt with some pretty questionable estate agents in the past, but this takes the cake

Our experience with the RSK Northfields office has been a horrific one. They were dishonest with us from the beginning of the tenancy and seem to lack general knowledge on how to communicate with their clients.
Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to surrender our tenancy early. Our landlord was okay with this and the agency seemed to have no issues communicating with us when they had to be paid to get the search for new tenants going.
Our Landlord informed them in writing and over the phone that we are to be released from our tenancy agreement on 31/07/21.
We struggled for over 3 weeks to get our deposit back from the agency despite the fact that our landlord told them in writing that it can returned to us in full.
In addition to the above, they still had the nerve to illegally charge us rent for 01/08/21 and a team member had no problem lying to me over the phone claiming that the agency was never notified of the end of tenancy date by our landlord.
We were told various stories as to why we hadn’t received our deposit yet from us first needing the checkout inventory (which we still don’t have) to procedure changes taking place that were apparently causing the delays.
Out the the 10 or so emails I sent over the past 2-3 weeks they responded to two and it was clear that they couldn’t be bothered about the fact that they had passed the legal date to hold our deposit.
We did eventually get our deposit and the extra days rent back.
I understand that we are all only human and that mistakes happen but something can only keep going wrong for so long.
The least the agency could of done was had the decency to communicate with myself and my landlord clearly. A phone call here and there isn’t enough. Emails should be responded to in a swift manner and not be ignored.
The lack of transparency and communication both within the company and with its clients is appalling.
They are by far the most unprofessional realtors I have ever dealt with and I would not recommend them.

I have been overwhelmed with the help and customer support I have received from Andrew, Rhiannon and the whole RSK team in Northfields.
We are private tenants moving from North London to a new area and unfortunately when I arrived at our new property there were a lot of issues and we weren't able to move in. RSK had been a pleasure to deal with through the whole process from our first viewing so when I arrived at the new property, I called them for help.
Andrew and his team truly went above and beyond to ensure the property would be made perfect for a delayed move in. Andrew kept a contant check on all the works and kept in contact with myself and our landlord throughout. He made what was a highly stressful situation so much more manageable, all with a smile on his face and a diligent care for all parties involved.
I truly feel the RSK team care about their clients and I'm so thankful for all of their help over the last few weeks.

I'd been looking at the Northfields area when I discovered Tim Crowley who knows the area like the back of his hand. He's got his finger on the pulse of the market, suits the property to the person, and is unfailingly polite and a pleasure to deal with. First off I would like to say this is regarding the Northfields branch specifically. There has been a complete lack of communication between staff members, departments etc, including but not limited to last minute changes to check out dates, check out times, domestic versus professional cleaning- which came to light with the return of the deposit. That, alongside a lack of understanding regarding the state of the property when we moved in made the entire process stressful and awkward.
There were delays in getting the fire alarm and carbon monoxide monitor installed, to the point where I (the tenant) had to chase it up. Delays in getting things fixed, for example when the door was damaged due to a faulty lock.
On more than one occasion we had the letting agents turning up to the property for viewings without previously arranging them with either myself or the other tenant.
The lack of professionalism shown by the vast majority of people I have corresponded with has ensured that I will never use RSK for renting and definitely not should I need assistance in buying.

Where shall I start? No customer service skills what so ever. We have offered on property with Tim, I wish never walked up to his desk when going into their office in Northfields. I am sure he is confident in himself knowing the market as he has been an estate agent at that desk for a long time but he would get a lot further by being nice to people. We therefore decided not to offer the asking price, which we could have done. As who would want to deal with a difficult agent throughout the already stressful buying process?
There will be other properties coming on the market, don't let them fool you.
And now they are sending me photocopied letters just because they identified my address, very unprofessional. I would never deal with them and will make sure that other people know our story who live in the Ealing area and can spread the word.
And just to finish, I do not need a copied and pasted apology line from your customer service department.
