We have been wanting to move for a few years but wanted to wait until the right property came along - so Sara and the team were very patient with us waiting until we were ready.. so when we finally found our dream home we know we needed to move fast. They got us on the market within a day and with their help and guidance we sold within a week and managed to secure the house of our dreams because of this As with all house negotiations there have been bumps along the way but they have always been very approachable, honest and helped us navigate through issues. A big shout out to Lara who jumped in when the exchange process was getting tricky - her expert communication and understanding of the conveyancing process really helped move things along with all parties finally getting what they wanted on time. Firstly they were local to the village and had a fantastic knowledge of the local market, which showed form our first meeting.
Secondly they discussed with us a realistic valuation for our property, which ensured we ended up with great offer quickly.
and Thirdly we felt Sarah and Annette were understanding of our needs and ensured our property was marketed to show its full potential.
Having completed our sale we found their personal but highly professional approach gave us reassurance and confidence. We were kept fully informed at every stage and on numerous occasions they went the extra mile to ensure everything ran smoothly.

After a very poor few months using a high brand property agent, who most definitely were and are not what they purport to be, we transferred across to Sara and her team who picked up the baton with our property sale and the difference was remarkable. Sara and Annette in the Kineton branch made, what is usually a stressful time, as painless as possible. We sold and bought through the same branch. They were fair and always felt that they were acting in our best interests.
We were kept updated on new properties coming on as well as getting specific and quick feedback on our sale viewings. All the way up to the point at which we were handed over to solicitors, SBK kept us up to date on progress. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
