Solved problems. Listen to us moan and panic and reassured us.
But most of all gave the impression her service did not end with our signature and we will be looked after going forward. An asset to your business truly.
Beth also called me to make sure everything was OK for key day and seemed genuinely gutted not to be there to finish things off as she was on annual leave.
My only small gripe and it's not really anyone's fault that gave me a million little heart attacks was all the cancelled contracts being sent back to me because of the issues with owner signing. (Perhaps just add a note when these return to stay please don't worry). However Gavin resolved and sorted quickly.
Other than that after dealing with 20+ estate agents over the past 2 years and have found alot to be robotic or just simply not care, it's been 5 star service.

We dealt with David & also with Ella, they were excellent throughout the sales process.
I bought the property in 2002 through Hawkins & had no concerns about using them for the sale of it 21 years later!
