When she told me, I asked her the same questions that I have asked in my message (when is the property available and if the price is negotiable and also mentioned our budget) and she rudely answered 'why do you enquire about a property which is above your budget'. If she would have read my message before calling she would have known my requests! This way also none of our times would have been wasted either. I am working with people but never dare to speak to them like this!!! Don't know about other staff members but if this behaviour is encouraged, I would never do business with Townsend and especially this particular one in Sunbury. Please read the messages before you call potential customers!!!

We sold our property with Townends Sunbury. From the start the guys there were super helpful and great with communication.In particular Lauren Hunter in the Progession Team provided us with an amazing service. Lauren cared about us and our situation with our next purchases (which arent listed by Townends) and we cant thank her enough! Upon viewing what we expected to be our dream home in Oct we have since had a 10 month nightmare. The property was mis-advertised. The negotiator made up conversations between herself and the landlord to keep us happy before the contracts were finalised. No checks were carried out prior to us moving in. We have been used as a storage unit by our landlord and apparently Townends have no responsibility over this. Since signing the pre tenancy agreement there has been nothing but lies. All actions that had been promised have never come through. Instead we have paid full rent (£1050), on time for 10 months without the use of a second bedroom and a loft. Now at 8 months pregnant we are having to find a new home before our baby is born. These agents do not understand how lies and the inability to provide what is outlined in a contract can effect someone's life. I just hope the commission is worth every penny.

From the minute we signed our contract for regents to act as our agents to sell our properly, we received a professional yet friendly service. I came back to regents on due to the service I originally received in 2015 when Jo sold the property to us initially; I wanted the same service in helping us sell it 2 years later. Both Terry and Jo have made what can be a stressful process, bearable, by taking the stress and ensuring call backs, updates, feedback, chasing solicitors and agents. Them being approachable helped me in not hesitating to pick up the call (on many occasions) and ask for updates or help in chasing our buyers. They are a real asset to regents, I will be ensuring I refer friends and family to Terry when they wish to purchase/sell. Terry remained professional throughout from the moment we signed our contract with Regents, offering advice when needed as well as selling our property. Jo's friendly manners and quick turnaround on queries reassured me i was in the best hands. I will defiantly be coming back to regents should ever I need to because of these two men.

*They lied to us about the House being Professionally Cleaned. Which it was not. **They admitted are requesting for proof it was cleaned, it was never professionally cleaned. They have been dishonest with the Landlord.
Potential Renters do not use Townends or Regents
When Sales Staff are questioned they get very defensive and argumentative
