The hectic journey of searching and selecting property went very smoothly. Not common in the UK these days.
Kudos to Annie for the thorough support on the overall process and in a superbly organized way till our move in. I would say simply Professional.
Everything was on mail and records from first viewing till the moment.
Appreciate the activeness and client service.

I am a oversea landlord and Ms. Olivia Martin is the first agent representative to contact in UK.
She'd shown that she is a responsible and accountable agent. She has well knowledge in lettings and properties marketing of UK and solved many questions for me when signing the management contract with me.
Furthermore, her quick response to my questions in email is also very appreciated! I had asked for help through email that I was wrongly settled the management fee, Olivia was quick solved the problem and explained to me that she will contact the account section to refund to me!
