Northgate 'York have managed my property for 10+ years.I am the owner of other properties in Ireland and scotland and thus have experience of other agents.Northgate's service is superior to them all,by a long way.In 10+ years I have never had a problem:on the contrary service has been exemplary in all respects.As a former Health Trust Director with responsibility for Quality Assurance,including promotion and introduction of ISO,Chartermark,EFQM ,I am well aware of Quality issues.Northgate ticks the box in all respects.Recent contact with staff member Donna Barnes regarding a relet exemplified this level of excellent service.Well done and thank you.

From the moment I first dealt with Northwood, the staffs have been personable, approachable and appear to be genuinely concerned. This concern extends not only to their own interests, but also the interests of their tenants, with whom they deal with respect.
During my tenancy, I unfortunately encountered several problems. These problems, crucially, were not of Northwood's making, and ultimately they did their utmost on a personal and business level to accommodate my needs and the needs of the Landlord. The issues faced (caused by an adjacent property) left fairly extensive damp to the cosmetics of my home. Northwood's representatives began by (on the day of my report) coming over with a dehumidifier. the next day a contractor contacted me to arrange access to my property and subsequently my problems were rectified with little fuss and with great speed.
Having lived in rental accommodation for some time, I can honestly say that the staff at Northwood have been the best. They are organised and efficient, and I would strongly recommend them to any who asked for a recommendation.

Northwood have been my letting agents now for nearly 4 years. The service they provide is second to none
They provide a hassle free service and are committed to proving a quality service to landlords, securing tennants for property.
All staff employed at Northwood York are helpful when contacted whilst remaining professional in their dealings with you as a landlord. Nothing appears to be too much trouble.
I have no hesitation in recommending them as letting agents.

I am now sitting back and watching the money go into my bank account! I would strongly urge anyone seeking to improve on interest rates to go down the guaranteed rental route. Although your capital is tied up in the property this can surely only improve in the months/years to come and meanwhile it is attracting what amounts to a good rate of interest while the agency does all the work for you!
