I am really impressed with Steptons Estate agents. I have mainly dealt with Sofy and Faisal but have also spoken with Mitul and Shazu who are equally Professional. I live outside London and have not been able to go into the Branch, however this has never been a problem as any issues arisen have been dealt with very promptly for me by Steptons. I would highly recommend Steptons to all, they hold a very Professional manor, yet very friendly and will go out of there way to help. Sofy and Faisal have been amazing and i look forward to dealing with them in the future. Many thanks to you all.

I have waited 3 months to write this review to give an accurate assessment of Steptons.
I cannot believe how professional Sophie and her team are. I only wanted a Let Only service as the previous 2 agents that have managed my portfolio didn't do anything to earn the 10% they were creaming off the top.
The charges were reasonable and in line with local agents. What stood out for me is how Sophie was on the phone to me pretty much every day until she had found the perfect tenant for my home, which only took 5 days. The maintenance team did a great job of fixing a leak before the tenant moved in. Went in the same day we found out and charged only �50 to replace a section of copper piping under the bath tub. Steptons vetted the client and went the extra mile to give me confidence in their choice. I have had no issues whatsoever since.
This week I have given Steptons another 2 properties to let out for me and I am in the process of transferring all my properties to them on a managed basis.
I would urge any landlords to go and sit down with Sophie and let her show you what a good agent looks like.

I recently rented my property through Steptons and can honestly say I have never been as satisfied with any other agency. This is no typical ''Estate Agency'' They are extremely professional and very knowledgeable in all aspects. I was actually very surprised at how competitive their fees were for a Let Only service especially given how much effort they put into ensuring the tenants were eligible . I would definately pay more. I previously had such a bad experience with the management of my property with certain agencies and therefore decided to manage it myself this time but would not hesitate to hand the management over if and when necessary. Such a diverse and fresh team with constant smiles and politeness. A massive thanks to Steptons!!!
