I get the impression that the fees are set by Head Office rather than the agents with whom I dealt with, so this box is largely irrelevant. I would add is that Ludlow Thompson's Terms and Conditions are littered with potential hidden costs. Going through these was utterly tedious, a complete waste of hours of my life that I will never get back. It was also highly annoying that, in a country where most prices have VAT built in to them, Ludlow Thompson quotes percentages and prices minus VAT.

Its always painful looking at the completion statement but i was offered pragmatic and honest advice throughout and there was no hint hard sell for "add-ons" which is incredibly refreshing. Overall they provided great value for money
