I would just like to pop a review on your system to say a big thank you to Beth Allatt who guided us through the sale of our property. The photo's of our house were brilliant and I liked that Beth consulted us when compiling the description. We had 3 offers above the asking price within days of putting the house on the market. Beth was friendly and efficient, assisting us in the whole process by liaising with our Solicitor and our buyers Solicitor to ensure everything ran smoothly.

What agent could do to change your mind?
For the peace of mind, and overall service it's worth the guaranteed rental option, a cheeky little customer discount on sales is always nice too.

We've been using Northwood for a long time. They give us peace of mind, are friendly and the service is great. I'm still mid process but my experience with this agent has been fantastic so far. They have been helpful, honest and very much involved in trying to help things move well. I'm (hopefully!) buying a flat via them as a first time buyer. I previously had an offer accepted on a different property with a different agent where my experience was much much less happy. I was gazumped as a result of the agent continuing to show people round after my offer had been accepted and whilst they were hard selling their own financial products to me. Northwood could not be more different and it has been much noted and appreciated.

Northwoods managed my property for me for over 5 years and also acted as my agents in its sale. When I first found them (thank goodness I did), I had been ripped off by an estate agent who had gone into receivership and had not told me that my tenant had given notice and left! Northwoods have managed to restore my faith in estate agents - no mean task! As I now live in Malawi, it was vital for me to have dependable, efficient people to manage things for me. They have been outstanding in every way over the years, as have dealt with any issue effectively and with a high level of professionalism. They have also been unswervingly friendly and polite, both by email and face to face. The office is a great place to go, although I have hardly ever had cause to go there! A massive gold star to all of them especially Beth and Carly, but also to John who was my first point of contact.

At the viewings they answered all my questions and explained everything regarding putting an offer down/ the next steps etc. in simple terms for me as I was a first time buyer and new to it all. I was kept updated throughout and was pleasantly surprised how quick it was all organised.
