My expectations were exceeded at every point due to the personal level of customer care provided; the attention to detail; the communication; and the willingness to go the extra mile. I was kept informed at every stage and knew who within the office I would be dealing with at each stage.
Perhaps most importantly, MaguireBaylis, achieved the asking price they set for our home (which was more than I thought we could obtain) and delivered a great buyer which has led to a smooth and quick selling experience. The team's knowledge of the local area shone through in this process and their experience of selling homes in Shortlands provided me with such confidence.
My overall impression of Maguire Bayliss is one of excellence- I don't doubt this comes from the dedication and professionalism of the team. I cant thank Tina, Neil and Wendy enough.

As others have said, they really made me feel as though I were their only client. Why "beyond"? Even a left-behind key ring was no trouble to them to find and return. I have no hesitation in recommending MB and wish them well for the future.

We've been really pleased with the service we received from Maguire Baylis. We have just purchased our first home working with Tina and Wendy. Nothing was too much for them. Sale of my home.
From beginning to end the whole team were always fully engaged, helpful and always had time for as many questions as I had and were always happy to offer advice on every aspect of a house sale.
They did the whole sale for me including all viewings, I was always kept in the loop about viewing and they really went out of their way to get and share feedback.
They recommended a Solicitor who was extremely efficient and I would be happy to use again.
The first sale fell through due to the buyer and the team got straight on to it and had another offer (which was accepted) within two weeks.
The team help the sale complete from offer to exchange in under 10 weeks (remarkable considering this did also include Christmas/New Year) helping ensure all interested parties were kept on track.
I would gladly recommend this team any time.
Thank you Tina, Wendy and all, great job and very much appreciated.
