Maguire Baylis provided a superb service throughout- from answering my many questions before signing with them (first time seller); through to arranging the photography/EPC; conducting viewings and negotiating and completing the sale.

Maguire Baylis provided a superb service throughout- from answering my many questions before signing with them (first time seller); through to arranging the photography/EPC; conducting viewings and negotiating and completing the sale.
My expectations were exceeded at every point due to the personal level of customer care provided; the attention to detail; the communication; and the willingness to go the extra mile. I was kept informed at every stage and knew who within the office I would be dealing with at each stage.
Perhaps most importantly, MaguireBaylis, achieved the asking price they set for our home (which was more than I thought we could obtain) and delivered a great buyer which has led to a smooth and quick selling experience. The team's knowledge of the local area shone through in this process and their experience of selling homes in Shortlands provided me with such confidence.
My overall impression of Maguire Bayliss is one of excellence- I don't doubt this comes from the dedication and professionalism of the team. I cant thank Tina, Neil and Wendy enough.

I have now both bought and sold with Maguire Baylis (with an over 10 year gap in between) and both experiences were excellent. Everyone who I have dealt with at Maguire Baylis has been professional, kind, honest and thorough. I can't recommend Wendy, Neil and Tina highly enough. They will give you a well researched, honest valuation of your home, they will work hard to get the right offer and then their management of the sales progression process is outstanding. All the stakeholders are managed well, chased when necessary and kept updated. They are a brilliant local firm.

I was a long-term tenant in a property managed by Maguire Baylis and got to know the team at Shortlands. They're very friendly, responsive and professional. We sold our flat in Shortlands during some challenging housing market times and Tina, Neil and the rest of the team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish.
Naturally we spoke to a few agents as we started our flat selling journey, Tina came to visit us and was by far the friendliest and most helpful out of the 6 or 7 agents we spoke to, most of them couldn't wait to be out the door but Tina stayed for a cup of tea and talked us through everything we needed to know, as well as this she gave us her honest opinion on the state of the market and our flat, rather than trying to dazzle us with unrealistic sale prices as some others did.
Whilst viewings were conducted we were more than happy that our flat was being treated with respect and that the experienced viewings staff were working in our best interest.
Once we were under offer Wendy was absolutely fantastic in helping us move things forwards with solicitors and other interested parties at both ends of the chain, she kept us updated regularly and was key in helping push things forward at a good pace.
There is no doubt in my mind who I would use as my selling agent should I find myself in their operating area again!

Selling a house is stressful and not an easy task. Doing so when one of you lives overseas and the other in Yorkshire is worse!! Luckily we had Maguire Bayliss to help us. They were recommended by friends and from day one they were very proactive in making sure that we were constantly informed of what was happening. They have extensive knowledge of the local area and knew exactly how to market the house. A host of potential buyers were taken to see the house and we were kept well informed as to who these people were and why the house was suitable for them. Within days they had secured a buyer for us and then helped us through the tricky negotiation process. Neil and Tina went above and beyond, regularly popping into the empty house to make sure it was OK as we were not around, and recommending tradesmen to come and sort a couple of issues out. In all aspects of the sale, it was obvious that they know what they are doing and they do it well. We would have no hesitation in recommending them!

I recently sold my property with Maguire Baylis. All staff notably Neil, Tina, Debra and Wendy were great to work with. Ongoing and open communication was a key feature all throughout the process. We used Maguire Baylis to sell our property in Shortlands. From our first meeting with Neil through to the sale itself with Tina they were nothing but professional. Tina and the entire team went out of their way to keep me informed, educate themselves on my property and were without fail friendly and a pleasure to work with. The personal touch that all of the staff bring is invaluable to both seller and buyer. Neil produced a great listing and, after receiving an offer, Wendy was impressive at progressing the sale, navigating through the process with speed. All worked extremely hard. If I needed to sell again I would used them without hesitation.

I have been very pleased with my experience with Neil, Tina, Debra, Kimberley and Wendy @ Homezone Bromley, having worked with them to sell my property, and also subsequently purchased through them also.
On the selling side I used them as I felt they gave a realistic valuation and also due to their experience in selling similar properties in the area. They were communicative throughout the process and were generous with their time when asked questions.
On the buying side I felt my existing relationship was beneficial and that they understood my requirements and were quick to inform me about properties that would be suitable for my requirements. Again, throughout the buying process they have been communicative, and kept me in touch with all stages. I greatly appreciated their candor with respect to opinions on work that could be done on properties and indeed letting me know if they felt something may not be ideal based on my feedback
I would absolutely recommend.
