Terrible service only care about the money not the tenant even if you have an absent landlord never get back to you would never use ever again

Managed property, tenant wanted shower head raising, small job, it took their plumber 5 weeks to turn up who wanted £90 to do it and in the end I did the job myself. He could have offered to repay some of the £1,104.18 he has had in all the different fees that have been taken for services never provided. This property is let out to provide some financial support to my mother who\'s house it is and she has fees of £1700 every four weeks To maximise income it was suggested we re-carpet throughout so new carpets were fitted throughout, not expensive ones but practical polypropylene ones in October and with new lino in the kitchen and both toilets we spent nearly £2000. Along with other expenses including landlord insurance so far we have only just broken even and we are back to square one. Quite frankly this has been one of the most disappointing experiences of my 59 year life. To be frank I am not sure anything could change my mind about this incident and the information should be out there to warn others of their sharp practices. It is high time this industry was regulated.

Branch mis-advised on purchasers circumstances which resulted in delays in selling of 10 months. Branch manager would not take calls and would tell staff to say he was out of office. Mortgage adviser also failed to provide purchasers... Read Full Review
They should have followed rules in Estate Agency Act. Dealt with complaint correctly. Manager should be re-trained.
