For 5 years of letting through F J Lord there have been numerous errors. My tenant has now left and the branch manager failed to inform rent collection he had gone resulting in my tenant wrongly being chased for non-payment of rent. Due to their policy of deducting commissions a year in advance my tenant leaving has meant a refund due from F J Lord. The tenant has been gone nearly 2 weeks now and I have yet to receive a penny of the funds due to me or even a response to my numerous e-mail messages. I would not recommend this agency to Landlords or tenants as their professional service leaves a lot to be desired
Fee percentage pretty high but policy of deducting commissions due a year in advance leaves a lot to be desired

Working with Felicity J Lord has been very disappointing as property management provider. Literally the worst agency AVOID!!! unless you like giving them thousands to do nothing. Lied to me and the tenant resulting in a 3 year tenancy terminating after 2 months!!! Felicity Lord are cowboys. Their plumber forced me to buy a new boiler costing �3000 unnecessarily. My old boiler passed it's Gas Safety test, but a week later, once my tenant was in, FJL sent in their plumber to fix a minor problem with the toilet and he announced the old boiler was broken...
