Have had the worst experience in working with both estate agent and property management side of the business. They have were mislead us about the property, stating that things were "fixed". When we moved in the dishwasher, washing machine, fireplace were all not working. The damp which was meant to be fixed was not at all. The painting was so shoddy that the painters had not even removed the cupboard door handles to paint. In addition to being mislead and poor quality work, they have a rude attitude and unprofessional manner. I also recently met the former tenants as they had mail here and they had to move out due to such poor work and lack of responsiveness of Jackson-Stops. She was old that the terrible smell from the kitchen was "in her imagination". I had to hire someone myself to fnd the problem. I have had better experience with Anthony Sharp in Holland Park. I am writing this in the hopes that even if it helps one person avoid this terrible experience it was worth my time.
