Chanel went over and above to sell our house. She kept us informed every step of the way and accommodated the buyer to secure the sale. We were updated via the telephone and then the conversation was confirmed by email. Beresford Adams were proactive in their approach, communicating with solicitors and removing as much stress from us as was possible. They worked as a team so any holidays did not delay any of the process or the level of service we received. I would recommend anyone to use their service.

Admin fee is overrated just to print off something on some paper I could have done it myself for less than £10 I understanddthat it has to be paid for but ink and paper does not cost over £200.
