I have rented in Oxford for six years. This company is easily the best in Oxford, they were fully transparent fair, helpful and Incredibly professional. Oxford has a very competitive rental market, as a result some estate agents have very high application fees, Northwood actually have very low fairs! The house managed by Northwood had a cleaner once a week, ample parking, also it did feel like you could make the property your home. Yasmin was very easy to work with, she responded to all my emails quickly, she was also both prompt and courteous, as are all the staff I dealt with.

I am with Northwood for nearly two years. I have rent a one-bedroom flat from Northwood since 2017. I highly recommend Northwood Oxford if anyone want to rent a property at Oxford. They always response quickly whenever something need to be fixed or replaced. They charge very reasonable cleaning fee at the end of tenancy. The application fee is also quite reasonable comparing to other agencies. I want to say that I am very pleased with the service provided by Northwood. Most important, Northwood Oxford always tries its best to solve the problems by considering the benefit of the tenants, which is very rare at current âprofit is all that mattersâ era.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
Complaints Procedure
1. Making an Initial complaint
In the first instance your complaint should be directed in writing to the one of the Directors of Northwood Oxford. The director will respond within ten days, with an honest and sincere desire to resolve your complaint as soon as possible.
2. Making a formal complaint
If for whatever reason you remain dissatisfied then you should write or email to Northwood UK with full written details of your complaint and copies of any supporting evidence. The Complaints Officer, who will provide an independent review of the complaint, will investigate your complaint.

3. Receipt of your complaint
Receipt of the written complaint will be acknowledged within three working days and an explanation of the process for resolution will be given
4. Resolving your complaint
The investigation into your complaint will start as soon as possible and you will be informed as soon the investigation is completed. This process would take 15 working days. In the final viewpoint letter you will be informed of the outcome of the investigation and what will be done to make things right if there has been a mistake.
5. Property Ombudsman Review
If you are still unhappy at this stage, you have the option to take your complaint to the Property Ombudsman within six months of the date of the final viewpoint letter. The Property Ombudsman will not investigate any complaint that has not followed the in-house complaints process. Further details of the Property Ombudsman are available at tpos.co.uk
