I recently sold my property with fox & sons on Lewes road, Bradley came out to see me originally he was optimistic on the price, So we went on to do an open day and I had 4 offers over asking price And a sale agreed I would happily recommend Lewes road fox & sons to anyone

Horrible experience. DO NOT LET THEM HANDLE YOUR TENANCY AGREEMENTS. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED. As a tenant I felt like they had no intention in solving my issues. Very professional, friendly and proactive management of my properties; Amy is an asset to the company. All problems are addressed in order of urgency and Amy is very personable, so a pleasure to interact with as well as being solution focused. The statements the finance team send are confusing at times which is why I marked them down; Amy always gets to the bottom of the problems though. Sequence have improved over the 3 years I have used them as my managing agent.

This branch of Fox &Sons is staffed by young, enthusiastic and tenacious people. They are always available. And they deliver what they promise. I dealt mostly with Nick, who is brilliant. Do not touch this agency with a barge pole! We sold our house through them and the stress caused was unbelievable. We took a much lower offer on our own property based on lies about our buyer, the whole process was dragged out for months and months and we were constantly lied to - so much so, they... Do not touch this agency with a barge pole! We sold our house through them and the stress caused was unbelievable. We took a much lower offer on our own property based on lies about our buyer, the whole process was dragged out for months and months and we were constantly lied to - so much so, they lost track of their own story! We also had to chase them so much, they should have paid us commission. When we made an official complaint, it took much longer than their stated 15 days to get a response, we again had to chase them. Then unsurprisingly, they denied all wrong or responsibility. Do yourself a favour a avoid them at all costs!
