Do not touch this agency with a barge pole! We sold our house through them and the stress caused was unbelievable. We took a much lower offer on our own property based on lies about our buyer, the whole process was dragged out for months and months and we were constantly lied to - so much so, they lost track of their own story! We also had to chase them so much, they should have paid us commission. When we made an official complaint, it took much longer than their stated 15 days to get a response, we again had to chase them. Then unsurprisingly, they denied all wrong or responsibility. Do yourself a favour a avoid them at all costs!
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

Horrible experience. DO NOT LET THEM HANDLE YOUR TENANCY AGREEMENTS. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED. As a tenant I felt like they had no intention in solving my issues.
