Please save yourself the trouble and use an online agent. Dexters charge 2%, and in order to get you to agree to it, they over value your property. It is a strategy, and in the end they sold it for 100k less than what they said it was worth originally. The contract was for 3 months, which is outrageous as they only got one offer the entire time! and that was 75k under the asking price. In the end, the whole process took 5 months. We lost our dream property because they could not get the job done. They would make viewings on the weekends, and when they were cancelled and they wouldn't tell us. I was there on one occasion when they were showing someone around the flat and they didn't even take them into to garden, which is ridiculous as it is a garden flat. If you needed to speak with them, they do not pick up the phone, or get someone else to tell you they are out of office- until you call again and they are there- this happened numerous times. I felt bullied, exhausted and bored by their strategy. 2% for what they do is outrageous. DO NOT USE DEXTERS.

Don't remember his name, but when I popped in to speak with someone he was all the time (while I was speaking to him) looking to other customers (not even to my face) and pretending he was listening to me and solving my problem. Which he didn't. Please, remember contact face to face to a person while speaking, they will feel more listened. Terrible service, and even worst for being a Director from the branch of a agency.
