This is our first experience letting a property and Rebecca and the team have made our whole experience very smooth. Rebecca has been very efficient in all our interactions and we let our property really quickly to good tenants for which we are grateful for! We have no qualms recommending the team.
At first the fees and how they're structured seemed duanting but Townends were very upfront about them in their documentation which is good. Personally we have benefitted from reduced fees for certain items and are very happy with the service we are receiving so no complaints.
