Hi, I would not recommend using this agent as a buyer for the reason being that as the buyer of closed bids you have to then pay sellers fee's which is 3%. Although beforehand you are made aware of this i believe it to be immoral practice and unfair, as a buyer you should not be subjected to paying this fee. Other than this the staff at the branch were all really friendly and helpful throughout the purchasing process and I believe it is the policy makers who should review there practice.
BAD. The buyer should not be subjected to paying seller's fee's, I believe it to be immoral.
