From the first meeting Huw was really pro-active, his priority was to get the flat out there and rented asap which I found refreshing. Before there was time for the flat to be advertised as we were still decorating we had multiple viewings which indicated to me that as well as trying to gain my business Huw was also keen to meet the needs of his rental clients by showing them all potential options. His rental potential estimate for the flat was the highest of all estimates I obtained and this was achieved. I believe his knowledge of whats happening in the local area and friendly attitude made prospective tenants comfortable and excited about renting our property.
Not the cheapest fees, however SA were able to achieve the highest rental potential so this balanced out.
