Really happy with the service that Keri provided. We had two valuations but Keri was so professional right from the start. She'd really done her research and took time to get to know us. The process was seamless from start to finish and Keri helped us to negotiate a great price for our house. I would have no hesitation in recommending Connells for anyone considering selling their house.
The fees were fair and competitive
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
