Absolutely appauling. Myself and my partner are living in a house that is being sold (no sign outside, however). I came home from work today at lunch, and there was a knock on my door. I was busy, so ignored it. My dog was barking at the hall way, so I went outside, to find an estate agent and two customers in my hallway! They told me they were in my house for a viewing. Neither myself nor my partner had been informed that people would be entering our home for a viewing. Although I informed them that I had to leave to return to work, they insisted on continuing the viewing. The arrogant, rude and intimidating estate agent asked me if i could 'put the dog in a cage' next time he comes over, and wouldn't leave MY house after I said I had to leave. I have been to the branch to get the set of keys they have for my house, and will refuse them access until we have vacated. God knows how many times they have entered my home without my permission. Disgusted, appauled.

Appalling. Can't tell ypu basic information about a property. How much is maintenance and ground rent on a flat. Said "I can ask the question but, they.might not know" Well obviously asking thw wrong person. Want to waste time viewing with no information... Read Full Review

Wouldn't recommend this branch. A lot of the time calls, queries and communication are completely ignored, never followed up or only half acknowledged. It's strange as you'd think they'd want to follow through the buying process and get their commission. Disappointing level... Read Full Review

Waste of time tried to book to view a property I was interested in a week ahead to give them plenty of notice firstly was told no problem they'd email me a time then they were fully booked but would fit me in in morning then next morning got call cancelling it saying they had no staff in that day...
