I used Connells in Leavesden to sell my house. I changed estate agents to Connells as with my previous estate agents I wasn't get the communication that had been promised when signing up. Connells had been recommended by a friend who had also had a good experience with them. The staff at Connells, especially Max, Tom & Tessa were all extremely helpful and very tolerant and patient with the correspondence between myself and the buyer, the vendor and the solicitors. Understandably this isn't always a smooth process, however the staff at Connells were very friendly and welcoming and worked very hard to ensure that the sale went through on time and that everyone involved was kept happy! I would and have recommend Connells in Leavesden to friends.

the price was agreed through the agent and we paid for survey the property ourself and same day agent called me that the owner asking £5000 more but i did say to the agent that we are not paying more than the price has been agreed and we spend money on survey so thats not fair they should...
