The worse estate agents ever! I used the branch in Croydon,very irresponsible never communicated with the landlady, always said they are going to get back to me they never did, even the manager himself !Had to chase them continuously to get things done. I don't even want to start talking about processing payments , absolutely terrible! Pls do avoid them as much as you can !!

Other than getting our buyers to the property ( fairly easy with internet access and Rightmove ) nothing much was done by Foxtons.
Eventually we, & the buyers, cut out the middl
e man and organised exchange & completion dates, & key handover ourselves with no involvement from Foxtons.
At 3% (VAT incl), a very high commission rate, this service was appalling value for money.

I inquired a beautiful property I found on Zoopla, and not long after I received a call from a happy, friendly voice. Chelsea called and we spoke a while about why I want to move, what i'm looking for in a property and how soon I would be ready to move.
On the day of viewing the property we was delighted to be greeted by a warm, friendly face. Chelsea showed us around, chatting away about the property and what it has to offer us. I already felt confident knowing the property was perfectly presented just like the pictures! So right away I told Chelsea I would be very interested as was my partner. We felt reassured after hearing about the landlord, which we was also wary of as our previous one is.. to put it lightly a nightmare!
The next day Chelsea sent us forms to complete, our Foxtons portal was up and running (which is so helpful and easy). Chelsea kept us in the loop throughout the entire process, gave us the nudges we needed to ensure we would fill the forms and get all the details in smooth timing to ensure our placement was help for the property. I cannot thank her enough for all her help, always a pleasure to talk to and so understanding and helpful, keeping in contact with both me and my partner. Now, thanks to Chelsea we are really looking forward to renting with Foxtons, they are very professional and so far cannot fault them in any way.
I will be recommending to my friends and family, so they will receive the help and guidance from the lovely Chelsea and her team! I move out tomorrow, and I couldn't be happier with the process!
Thanks Chelsea! Hope you get to bless many other happy people with your hard work and smile!

Fees are extortionate. More that twice that of others and, once you sign the tenant in, you are stuck with them for years .

I approach Foxtons to let my flat in Croydon.
I signed an agreement
They never let me know when they had potential tenants in my property.
As we have cameras in the building Reception, and the fob Foxtons had keeps a record of the entries., We could see when they were going in and out of my property, and I can confirm that Foxtons employees were going in (using) & out of my property without potential tenants, but on their own (They had no reason to do so). This is all recorded. they have also used the property's toilet, (more than once), and didn't even flux it!
