This is my second time renting a property and I was wary about it due to previous experience with another Estate agents messing me around and making my rent experience hell, always check google reviews! I inquired a beautiful property I found on Zoopla, and not long after I received a call from a happy, friendly voice. Chelsea called and we spoke a while about why I want to move, what i'm looking for in a property and how soon I would be ready to move. On the day of viewing the property we was delighted to be greeted by a warm, friendly face. Chelsea showed us around, chatting away about the property and what it has to offer us. I already felt confident knowing the property was perfectly presented just like the pictures! So right away I told Chelsea I would be very interested as was my partner. We felt reassured after hearing about the landlord, which we was also wary of as our previous one is.. to put it lightly a nightmare! The next day Chelsea sent us forms to complete, our Foxtons portal was up and running (which is so helpful and easy). Chelsea kept us in the loop throughout the entire process, gave us the nudges we needed to ensure we would fill the forms and get all the details in smooth timing to ensure our placement was help for the property. I cannot thank her enough for all her help, always a pleasure to talk to and so understanding and helpful, keeping in contact with both me and my partner. Now, thanks to Chelsea we are really looking forward to renting with Foxtons, they are very professional and so far cannot fault them in any way. I will be recommending to my friends and family, so they will receive the help and guidance from the lovely Chelsea and her team! I move out tomorrow, and I couldn't be happier with the process!
