wish had the option to give a minus rating. Vacated the property and completed all contractual obligations however still waiting for the security deposit to be released after almost a month. We rent our flat through Jackson Stops in weybridge and have had an applauling level of service. 2 tenants in year who fail to pay rent, one of whom Jackson Stops knew already had arrears. It's a constant battle with this agency. We are leasing a home in Surrey. There are so many problems with this house, everything is broken, collapsing, badly maintained or not at all.
