I had a shop and family home to sell and had a commercial agent for one and a residential agent for the other. Neither seemed to do well. After 5 months I was told of Open House by a friend whose hotel they had sold. Went with Open House for my shop and house and they sold in 2 months and 2 weeks respectively. Hard to believe but they really seem to have a passion...
Fees were 2% for the shop and 1% for the house
No procedure set.
