I was really impressed by Michael Monaghan's efforts to find us a property in London! He was well researched on the areas and gave us ample time to think through the properties. He also consulted with us via e-mail and telephone to notify us of any changes in the process with regards to how other viewings were going. He was transparent and a pleasure to work with! I would highly recommend him.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
