We have been renting our property out through dexters for the last 5 years. It's worked out very well. They are a good company to rent through. Sanjay has been our property manager for the last 2 years. He's been excellent. Thorough, easy manner, nothing is too difficult for him. Two examples particularly stand out for me. Last year, he spotted that a contractor had repainted our kitchen in the wrong colour and got them back to redo it in the appropriate colour. And, recently with replacement of our house alarm, Sanjay has been quick to find alternative quotes (when he deemed a quote was not VFM) and gone the extra mile to get me the best possible solution. Sanjay's an asset to the company. Jason
