A thoroughly professional service from start to finish. Evie was really accommodating, arranging a second viewing for us when one tenant couldn't attend the initial one. Very friendly and relaxed throughout. The Marketing Team was exceptional, they kept us advised of viewings, comments made by their applicants and offers made. The follow up once the property was under offer was superb and much better than other agents we have used. One of the best Teams we have ever used!

We had a really good experience with Cheffins - we both sold and bought through them. Harry helped with our sale and following his advice we got a lot of interest in our house and a price we were happy with. On the purchase side we waited a long time between putting an offer in and being in a position for the sale to go through (waiting for probate to be granted); Holly and then Emma kept us informed all the time, were friendly, helpful and easy to get hold of and responsive to our calls and questions.
