If I could give less stars I would. Worst experience trying to buy a flat through them. I dealt with Lewis who always called and acted like he had everything in hand when actually he got most things wrong - including the ground rent and service charge meaning I had to re do the mortgage I had signed as the affordability was altered. He didn't know there was parking or outside space. If it wasn't for me liking the flat so much I would have backed out just because of him. In the end I got gazumped and the sale fell through. I didn't even get a call from Lewis after dealing with him for months, but had a call from his colleague to let me know it had fallen through.

Amy went beyond the call to help.
Within an hour the locksmith had arrived and we were able to enter our home to dry ourselves off and snuggle down for the night.
What really impressed me the most was her sincerity in wanting to help us and minimise our discomfort of being stranded outside. Amy was super friendly, kind and genuinely made us all feel relaxed as we were made to feel confident that she could help. To do what she did within the time she achieved was amazing and went well beyond expectation.
I'd have her on my team any day!

What can I say about Butler & Stag. The whole service from day 1 was brilliant. As soon as James Brough stepped into my flat and we started talking I knew he was a genuine person. He understood my situation and listened and did not just try and sell the service. I did not even think twice in appointing him and butler & Stag as my agent . To sell a house is stressful and very emotional. That's what some sales people do not recognise . But James listened to me and spoke to me not just as a customer but more like a friend . He was always there at the end of the phone to listen to me and answer my queries. The whole process went smoothly and we sold eventually. It all needs patience. James was confident, professional, patient , calm and most important understanding of a person's feelings . This is very important in my opinion. All we want as a customer is a good decent person to deal with us. It was just great having James deal with our sale. I hope he continues to do well and help other customers like he has helped me.Thank you James so much. In addition. Thank you to all the staff at Butler and Staff. They were all very good to deal with. No complaints whatsoever .

Complaints Procedure
CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS HANDLING PROCEDURE
As a firm licensed by the National Approved Letting Scheme, Property Ombudsman, Property Ombudsman for Lettings and Safe Agent Butler & Stag aims to provide the highest standards of service to all landlords, tenants buyers and vendors but to ensure that your interests are safeguarded, we offer the following:
? If you believe you have a grievance, please write in the first instance to Jaime Willitts at the address below:
Butler & Stag 96a Curtain Road, London, EC2A 3AA
? The grievance will be acknowledged within 3 working days and then investigated thoroughly in accordance with established “in-house” procedures. A formal written outcome of the complaint will be sent to you within 21 days. If we require longer than this timescale we will advise you in writing and confirm our revised response date.
? If you remain dissatisfied with the result of the internal investigation, please contact Butler & Stag’s Director Neil Leahy who will review the complaint.
? Following the conclusion of our in-house review we will write to you with a final written statement.
? If you are dissatisfied with the conclusion of the in-house review of the complaint, you can refer the matter to the The Property Ombudsman, Milford House, 43 – 45 Milford Street, Salisbury, Wiltshire, SP1.
