It is disappointing that I cannot put 0 stars. Dimitri is probably the worst agent I have probably have worked with and he does not what is his job and also he does not know what he is doing. He was telling me the whole time that he and the company know what they were doing and they have have experience since 1985. He was working very unprofessional and he does not know the laws either and he also shouted to me and my aunt. After I saw the flat that I liked Dimitri asked me to pay £730 for administration fees and he took from my bank card £790 which is also considered as a fraud. Then I had to sign the document for administration fees and he did not want to show me contract before I sign this document. However the contract was full of sh*t. They put on it is my responsibility if any of the electrical equipments brake and I had to replace them in any circumstances.They also did put on my contract that even if the water pipes brake it is also my fault and is my responsibility to replace them. They also put on my contract that I have to clean the windows once a week and also the grubs had to be cleaned. The other absurd clause in the contract is that they asked me to pay for the insurance which is a responsibility of the landlord. Some of the equipments would have probably been broken because the previous tenant was really dirty and he left a really big mess and the flat had to be repainted and cleaned professionally which I am not sure that would have been done because it iis really had to do this for 5 days. I am 99% sure some of the pairs would have been on my bills and would be a disaster because the deposit is more than £1500. Dimitri and the agency were acting very unprofessionally and they were trying to make me and my lawyer look stupid but however that did not work for them luckily because my lawyer has an experience of nearly 30 years and she pushed them to the limit.However I was amused that I was able to get my administration fees back and I am really happy about it because £790 are a lot of money and too much for administration fees.
