Thank you to Simon and the team for the service and successful sale and purchase of our home. Phone calls were always returned when promised and as we got closer to exchange a lot of effort and chasing was done by Simon to ensure it went smoothly (or as smoothly as these things can).
Average fees in my opinion, about what you would expect to pay for a full agent service.

Standard fees were charged. Although we had an option to do it online for less we decided we liked the personal contact, and that there would always be someone on the other end of the phone if we had any enquiries.
