Doesn't pay attention to emails , multiple people looking after one property and not communicating with each other , completely unprofessional , no relationship with their clients or their tenants , call at unsociable hours , access properties without giving permission , chase you to pay invoices you have already paid without checking and then dont apologize , dont understand the word negotiation , no idea what they are talking about , have no idea about the property industry and property law, completely rude , no respect for tenants , no idea about anything in their rental properties ( even the most basic things ! ) AVOID USING SNELLERS AT ALL COSTS - THE WORST KIND OF PEOPLE
