The MOST PATHETIC experience I have ever had working with this company. They will quote a higher price than actual price of your property to get higher commission value . They will trick you in putting a fixed price section in the contract (saying it will be 1% representative). Then they will try and lower down the price and then near the sale they will take the fixed fee which was for your previous marketing price. This is the pricing lot! Coming to the viewings : Most of the times they will ask you to show you around and will say we are busy.. Even if someone turns up from Connells they wouldnt have knowledge of the property because everytime it's the new person. In short : Dont ever go for this agent unless you want to be cheated
Worst, they will lie tpo you to get their contract signed to higher Asking price saying its just a representative they need to put on contract and then after the sale would force you to pay the higher fees even though they would sell it for less.
We are a member by the Property Ombudsman and have an internal complaints procedure.

I was taken off guard by the agent's fees. I thought the person hiring the agent to find renters for their property would pay for their services. So getting a £400+ fee shocked me.
