Fantastic, professional service in a difficult market. Leo Humphrey and the other Gascoigne-Pees staff took us effortlessly through the whole process, constantly keeping us informed at every viewing, and never flagging throughout months of viewings until our house was sold. I have absolutely no issues with recommending them either as a buyer or seller after my positive experience with them.which I found very enlightening and unexpected.

After my previous house purchase attempt had fallen through with another estate agent, I was not in a positive frame of mind regarding the service of a 'traditional' Estate Agent. I was therefore very pleased to have someone Stephanie that was very diligent and incredibly efficient with her communication with me, the seller and my solicitor. The most important service estate agents can offer are strong communication with all parties, confirmation of outstanding items, pleasant to talk to and reassuring - all of which aid to reduce the stress of purchasing a house. Stephanie at Gascoigne Pees did all of these and I would not hesitate to recommend her.

There were a few errors at the start of the sale process that were disappointing (wrong property description on the website / property not featured on all sites) however they were quickly resolved. The overall process took around 7 months to complete but the handling from Tim Skeffington was excellent throughout. He helped rescue the sale on a couple of occasions and was in regular contact to provide updates. Overall we were very happy with the service provided by Gascoigne Pees and we would highly recommend Tim Skeffington as a Sales Agent.

We have been renting out our flat in Esher for 4.5 years through Gascoigne Pees. They always have a ready supply of excellent tenants and they have always had someone lined up and ready to move in when the flat becomes vacant. They are always ready to give us advice on property rental prices in the area, and advise on whether any redecoration or upgrade to the property would enhance the rental value. They are pro-active in keeping us up to date with the latest legislation which might affect us as landlords.
