I was considering using an online agency until Abbi came round to value our property. Her enthusiasm and positive attitude convinced me to sign. Every member of staff in the sales department and across all the branches were helpful, diligent and friendly through the whole process. Although the sale wasn't without its problems the team never stopped working to get the deal done. Kerry was always on hand to answer any queries with a consistently professional and friendly disposition. We have used Churchills for both buying and selling and will no doubt be using them in the future. Highly recommend. Thanks

Absolutely terrible experience working with *** as a buyer. She lied for the seller, misrepresenting key facts and features about the property. We lost over two months in time due to her not making sure the seller actually had a solicitor in place or even verifying the seller had the right to sell the property. Took no responsibility for managing the listing or assisting in the sale process. As far as I can tell, apart from putting together a misleading and inaccurate advertisement for the house she did nothing to earn her commission. I don't want to say she is incompetent but the alternative is that she just doesn't care and I know which one is worse to be honest. Avoid avoid avoid if you value your sanity.

Appallingly integrity, transparency and honesty.
Paula lied for the seller and when it transpired that the people who selling the house were lying about enquiries and about work which was to be carried out as part of the sale, no support was given by the estate agent to ensure this work was being carried out. When answers were sought, Paula simply stopped taking calls and answering any emails and her position was, “Do you want the house or not?”. When the seller deliberately damaged the property on vacating the house (who thinks that's okay and right?), Paula did not even acknowledge an email enquiring where we could buy new taps as they were purchased by the seller.

Very unprofessional experience. We've recently sold our house and are looking for a 6 month rental until Covid has settled so that we can travel to view properties. We informed them we'd pay the full 6 months upfront as well as the deposit. We were told that a house we'd viewed the landlord would agree to this. However Once viewed we were then told we had to put in an application for the landlord to 'see' if they want to agree. Nothing came back & after chasing the agent I was sent a rather rude email stating the landlord won't be accepting our application as he wants to see our bank statements? Now I'm unsure why the need to be so nosey when he would be getting around 10k up front to let for the full 6 months.Seems to me someone is above their station. I could buy his property a good few times over but I don't feel the need to allow someone to see my personal statement for absolutely no valid reason.Thankfully we've not experienced this with other agents we are viewing with best avoid

Every member of staff in the sales department and across all the branches were helpful, diligent and friendly through the whole process.
Although the sale wasn't without its problems the team never stopped working to get the deal done. Kerry was always on hand to answer any queries with a consistently professional and friendly disposition.
We have used Churchills for both buying and selling and will no doubt be using them in the future.

Sarah took over the letting of a house which had been let by Churchills for many years. She soon became familiar with all the details regarding the house. She was highly efficient and dealt with maintenance and other matters very speedily. Nothing was too much trouble for Sarah. She is always willing to help, good at liaising between landlord and tenant and tradesmen, and she is so polite and friendly. The other Churchills staff were also pleasant and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend Churchills very highly.

I can not recommend Churchill's Lettings department enough! My husband and I have just bought our first buy to let and they made the whole experience easy for us.
