Everything is fine until they get a deposit (hidden letting fee) from you but after that they don't answer your messages and make it harder for you. They use a platform called goodlord however the messages go direct to Dawsons and they play with you as if they don't see process or messages. Such disrespectful behaviour just for hidden agency fee and force your patience to give up.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

The main reason for the poor review is how this agent deals with tenant deposits. Basically, all other agents I've dealt with secure the tenants deposit with the appropriate authority regardless of whether the landlord is on a full management or finders only scheme.
