An excellent firm. It took a year to sell our father's house after he died because of three time wasters before we found a genuine buyer. Thorough they kept working on new buyers, particularly Elaine.
Meanwhile they checked the property every week, provided other services like repair to fences. taps, locks etc. and organised cleaners on completion.
When we finally found a buyer we had a nightmare solicitor holding things up but they kept things going until the deal was done. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Five stars is too low!

As first-time buyers, we needed a reliable sales person who could provide us with the right guidance, and we found that support in Elaine. Our house purchase was in early 2022, and at a peak time in the housing market. However, Elaine and team made sure that we had a very positive experience, whilst navigating the multi-step process. We would also like to thank Charmene and Charlotte at the Datchet branch, who were very professional and supportive thru the multiple visits we had to make to view the property prior to our purchase (and accommodate some very short notice requests).

We were very pleased with Oakwood Estates. Elaine got us a great buyer quickly, kept them on board during a lengthy probate, kept an eye on the property and most of all got really involved when there was a problem down the chain which could have jeopardised the sale. This involved dealing with multiple parties and being persistent in multiple calls every day for over two weeks. Can’t say more than that.

We have recently purchased a property where the Datchet branch assisted us. The experience from start to finish was great. Charmaine and Elaine were handling our viewings and sale. Their customer service was impeccable. They were friendly and approachable, thoroughly helpful and did not hesitate to assist us as and when necessary. Complaints Procedure
<h3><strong>Complaints Procedure</strong></h3>
<p>Providing an excellent customer service is important to Oakwood Estates and in the vast majority of cases this is exactly what you will receive. However, just occasionally, something goes wrong and a customer, unfortunately, has cause to complain. If this happens, we will always acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 5 working days and do everything we can to speedily resolve the problem.</p>
<p>This can usually be best achieved by contacting the person you originally dealt with. That person will expect to hear from you if you are unhappy and will aim to resolve your complaint on the same day. While we would like to hear from you by telephone, should you decide to write to us, we will call you with the same objective in mind.</p>
<p>If an immediate solution cannot be achieved because further investigation is necessary, we will let you know straight away.</p>
<p>Should our investigation take longer than anticipated, which will only happen if the circumstances are particularly complex, we will explain why and we will make sure you are provided with regular updates. We will not normally allow any complaint to be unresolved for more than 4 weeks, as we will always agree a course of action with you within this time.</p>

<p>In the unlikely event that you are still unhappy with how your complaint is being handled or resolved, we have in place an escalation procedure which means that you can request the involvement of an appropriate director. Head Office will facilitate this for you. You can contact them using the details above.</p>
<p>If, at the end of this process, you still remain dissatisfied with the outcome, you have the right to take your complaint to the relevant Ombudsman Service. They will consider your complaint totally impartially and we are bound by their decision. We do hope, however, that your complaint will have been resolved much earlier and you will not find it necessary to take this action.</p>
